Removable bollards are an important protective device for sites where protection isn’t required permanently. This may be due to restricting access to authorised personnel only, protecting emergency exits from blockage by vehicles, or simply wanting a clear area during low risk hours. Removable bollards don’t require the same level of excavation that retractable bollards require, as the bollards are removed from the area and stored when not needed. The cover attached to the in-ground sleeve sits flush with the ground when bollard is removed to avoid tripping hazards.

Non- Lockable
Non-lockable removable bollards consist of a sleeve concreted into the ground with a bollard post inserted into it. These bollards are a budget friendly option for low risk areas that need to remain accessible on occasion. Non-Lockable bollards are also popular in situations where bollards may need replacement as the post can easily be replaced without having to break ground again.
Available in a galvanised, colour powder coated or stainless steel finish. Reflective bands can be added. Customise height, diameter, and wall thickness to suit your requirements. Flat, domed, sloped or other architectural caps can be arranged.
Sentry padlockable
Sentry Padlockable Removable Bollards provide high level protection from criminal activity when inserted and locked, but can be removed with the cover sitting flush with the pavement during low risk hours. When not in use, the bollards can be manually removed and stored in their own holders, leaving the ground area flat to allow pedestrian and vehicular access. With this model a section of the bollard is locked through the cover with a padlock. This makes it easy to change the lock if needed and is perfect for those with a smaller budget.
These tough bollards are available in a galvanised, colour powder coated or stainless steel finish. Reflective bands can be added as an option. There are eight models to choose from, with two heights and various dimensions and weights to suit your requirements. 900mm high is our most popular height. With this model the lock is part of the bollard, providing a high level of security.
